text color sky blue
the summary (right summary? the part at left whit all section)
it's better to stay at the left or on top orizontally under Head image?

And If you mantain the summary at left, maybe you could make it and entire left sidebar, and put more content below that.
Like twitter posts, links to other sites, or something...
But if you put it below header it will make it easier to find, and easier to understand the structure of the site.

@DoctorN im using Paint.net for graphic and KompoZer for the html page... (kompozer is the new Nvu)

I don't like comic sans, too. The font is misused a lot. I use Arial bold and courier on my site.
Comic sans was designed for microsoft bob and kids software where it is approriate, but it was never
designed for professional uses.
