Put everything into one dcb file (Like Street of Rage remake)

i want to put all my game data + my code into one dcb file , like Street Of Rage Remake does.
I have no idea how to do this , can you help me ?

You're right. I tried with Street of Rage Remake and it doesn't work on Android , sadly...
